When a client books you, they pay a 10% advance instantly via Razorpay. This confirms the booking and guarantees your revenue. The advance is held securely and transferred to your linked bank account within 2–3 business days after booking confirmation.
The 10% advance is transferred after booking confirmation. The remaining 90% is collected directly by you from the client on or before the event day — as per your payment terms. Evently only facilitates the advance to secure your booking.
Currently each account supports one vendor profile. If you run multiple businesses (e.g., photography and a cake studio), you can create separate partner accounts with different emails. Multi-profile support from a single login is on our roadmap.
